Simon, Apologies that these didn't make the 1.0beta cut - I simply ran out of time to review them. Rest assured that they haven't been forgotten. This weekend, my focus will be on fixing some bugs (particularly the segmentation fault one if I can). Once I announce RC1, I plan to take a look at the outstanding patches from yourself and others again.
