At first, I'm not picky, I have fixed several places in bzr-explorer where Ian has used the hack
I've described in my mail and this can be easily avoided by using urlutils API. I'm not happy to fix
it again and again.
At second, there is deliberate decision to use forward slashes on windows in bzrlib, and this
decision was made in 2006.
My mail was not joke, and there is 1AM and it's time for sleep not for jokes.
