...what I learned today... Howdy y'all,
I have been rotating my two HTs and mobile through service for the past few days, while I work on my J Pole. I did something strange to my Retevis RT95 (love that dual band). It has a messy UI with lots of modes and commands that are not very well labeled on the screen. I finally had it goofed up to the point where I wasn't calling out on the repeater offset. (What???) Nothing left to do. I still haven't read the book. I pulled the laptop off the shelf and updated CHIRP. I had enough sense to program the radio in CHIRP and save the configuration image file! I am back in search of the optimal feel point! Always save your new radio configuration in CHIRP! ;-) 73 Dan KJ5IZK
