The list of vendors was included on the flyer that was distributed in
the BVARC Beacon as well as at www.bvarc.org. The web site had the most
recent version of the flyer.
The food crew seemed to do a pretty good job all things considered, and
I never saw that the line was any longer than 6-7 people.

Well, the 2023 Greater Houston HamFest is finally behind us. The
only word I can say about the event is - WOW. With everyone's
planning and hard work over the last six months, the event truly
knocked it out of the ball park and was an unbelievable success.
You could have not asked for a better 20th anniversary event with
everything that happened. From the great weather to the great food
to the, and this is the big one, the over 1200 attendees to the
GHHF, the event was huge accomplishment!
More details will be sent out later this week about the GHHF but
for now I wanted to get this e-mail out now thanking everyone for
their great work.
To get started on the right foot for next GHHF, mark your
calendars for the "postmortem" which will be held on March 19th at
4 pm. The format (in person or zoom) will be determined the closer
we get to the date.
And mark your calendar for the 2024 GHHF which will be held on
March 1st and 2nd at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds.
Everyone should give themselves a pat on the back for a great job
for the 2023 Greater Houston HamFest!
It was truly one for the record books.
