We don't typically include in-file changelogs or attribution beyond copyright 
assignments above the license block as you can see in the file templates: 
https://docs.rtems.org/docs/main/eng/coding-file-hdr.html

Any that do exist in the codebase are historical and that type of information 
is now stored in the version control system (formerly CVS, now git).
