Sunil Hegde commented on a discussion: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/638#note_127960 The serial drivers are included via objnosmp.yml, obj.yml has objnosmp.yml as a build dependency and if i do a grep i can see a lot of files including m68k, powerpc, etc. referencing the obj.yml file.
