## Summary

If you configure a tty in _Noncanonical Mode Input Processing_ mode and the 
settings `MIN > 0` and `TIME = 0` and you call `read()` the thread blocks until 
data is received even if you change to `MIN = 0` and `TIME = 0`.

The receiver should be able to handle this and assume the new settings.
