We should point all our URLs to a uniform place and stop creating subdirectories or files. Everything should point to https://www.rtems.org/ and nowhere else. On that page itself we should make it easier for users to figure out where they want to go. Docs? License? If it's hard to find that's a problem on the website we don't need to be pointing to specific pages in source. It's also easier for us as a project if we can just consistently point them to our website and nowhere else. Setting to %7.1 so it's discussed not specifically asking for it to be done here.
