I think that `psxmsgq01` test case's `validate_mq_close_error_codes` cover this 
situation. In `mq_close`, when `the_mq` is `NULL` or `the_mq->open_count` is 
`0`, the return values are both `-1` and `errno` is `EBADF`. It is difficult to 
distinguish the two situations based on the return code, i just check them 
before and after `mq_unlink`.
