A couple of ways to solve this is to provide a new call to initialize LibBSD
that provides a table of names to priorities. Another way is to declare a
global pointer to a table the user sets before initializing LibBSD.

Support should consider supporting POSIX or Classic thread priorities with a
configuration variable to indicate which type the table holds. This would
simply applications that only deal with POSIX priorities.
