libintl-perl was recently upgraded in the Texinfo sources under tp/maintain/lib, to version 1.33, but the README file still says:
We ship this version of libintl-perl to be sure that it is available, and also to have a consistent behaviour (different gettext implementations do things differently). This was downloaded from https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/G/GU/GUIDO/libintl-perl-1.32.tar.gz in December, 2020. Could this be updated please? TIA
