[htmlxref.cnf] Please add the doc url for gprofng

Hello,

The Gprogng maintainer would like to add its manual to the Binutils
entry (gnu.org #2104313). I edited htmlxref.cnf accordingly.
Please note that this manual doesn't have a node version.
