This is implemented in https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/texinfo.git/commit/?id=4a8cbae86777647a4dbf236c7a781a08c85c8a8a The language in texinfo.texi could need a revision. Since Unicode::Collate::Locale is not always installed there is no test for now. A test could be added in the future when it is more certain that Unicode::Collate::Locale is in perl core for all the possible perl version, it entered perl core for perl major version 5.14 released in 2011. (right now we support 5.8 and above, and I think that we actually test on 5.10). -- Pat
