Thinking about it again this would be the single biggest upgrade I can think of for Make for me. I have so much code strung together with && \ but it's all in fairly large complex makefiles and there's no way I'm going to risk global .ONESHELL effects on targets I'm not actively reviewing. I'd like to migrate incrementally.
