64-bit as I read it.
bin/make.exe: PE32 executable (console) Intel 80386 (stripped
to external PDB), for MS Windows, 10 sections
perl/c/bin/mingw32-make.exe: PE32+ executable (console) x86-64 (stripped to
external PDB), for MS Windows, 12 sections
perl/c/bin/make.exe: PE32+ executable (console) x86-64 (stripped to
external PDB), for MS Windows, 12 sections
