Details:
I suggest to add a sentence or two to either '3.3 Including Other Makefiles',
'3.5 How Makefiles Are Remade' or '4.6 Phony Targets' to explain that .PHONY
included makefiles are re-built as expected but make does not restart and
re-read them.
