Follow-up Comment #1:
Sorry, but there's no chance I'll be able to do anything about this. If
someone has access to this system and wants to work on figuring out why we're
getting this error from a header that's part of the compiler, not part of GNU
make:
c:\program files (x86)\windows kits\8.1\include\um\winnt.h(147): fatal error
C1189: #error: "No Target Architecture"
and whatever other failures (don't worry about the warnings) then I'll be
happy to apply an appropriate patch. I'm going to close this for now but if
someone provides a patch I can re-open it.
