Hello, Please make .NOTPARALLEL to accept prerequisites list, with meaning that these targets should not be build in parallel.
This is similar to to ClearCase make, described there: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/cchelp/v7r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.clearcase.books.cc_build_windows.doc/setting_up_a_parallel_build.htm Example use is for disk intensive jobs not to be run in parallel, similar how fsck could be prevent running in parallel for disk partition of the same disk in fstab idea.
