Dear developers, I browsed the GNU Make manual today at http://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/html_node/index.html#Top. That manual is released under GNU Free Documentation Version 1.2 or later while the latest GNU Free Documentation is Version 1.3 since november 2008.
