On Windows XP 32-bit:
C:\tempdev\make-cvs\tests>C:\Perl\sp\perl\bin\perl.exe run_make_tests.pl
'sh' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
FATAL ERROR: Cannot determine the value of $(MAKE):
'echo "all:;@echo \$(MAKE)" | make -f-' failed!
