Follow-up Comment #1:
This was a bug in the new more efficient filename parser: it wasn't handling
archive references correctly in that it was treating some files that were not
archive references as archive references.
Fixed.
I've realized we have no regression tests whatsoever for archive references:
I'll file a separate bug for that.
