Follow-up Comment #1, bug #28475 (project make):
I would like to second this - would love to be able to add string lowercase
(with good performance) and md5sum and $(equals a,b) and some kind of integer
arithmetic functions. This is without the penalty of having to provide a
custom version of GNU make.
