Update of bug #16108 (project make): Status: None => Fixed Assigned to: None => psmith Open/Closed: Open => Closed Fixed Release: None => CVS
_______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: Your problem is you don't want to put backslashes before the parentheses. However, obviously any core dump is a bug. This has already been fixed in the code. I can't find the exact change right now, but you can try the current release candidate for GNU make 3.81: ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/make/make-3.81rc1.tar.gz This won't dump core, instead it will say: make: *** No rule to make target `.tif=untitled_%.jpg)', needed by `all'. Stop. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=16108> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Bug-make mailing list Bug-make@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-make
