The next version of GNU make will have the manual under the GFDL, so
that's fine.

I honestly don't know.  I certainly have nothing against anyone
translating it, but the GNU Translation team would know better than I
what the situation is with that (for example, what we'd do with it once
it was translated).

If you can't get ahold of them, try sending the request to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and someone will get back to you about it, I'm sure...
