Please remember to make your example as trivial as possible. Based on
your bug description it should be simple to create a makefile with only
one or two rules that demonstrates the problem; then you can just
include it verbatim into the email. You don't need any .c files, etc.;
just use touch or cp or even echo to create the proper behavior in the
rules.
