build_w32.bat

When running "build_w32.bat" on a Windows 2000 server the following occurs:

"Linking WinRel/gnumake.exe"
LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file "WinRel\main.obj"
"WinRel build failed"

All steps before this seem to complete o.k.

version make-3.79
