I tried putting your message through BabelFish but couldn't quite come
up with what you're asking.
There is no version 3.82 of GNU make. The latest version available now
is 3.79.1. There is no version 3.82 of GCC, either (from your subject).
Beyond that I'm afraid I don't know what to say ...
