Thanks for reporting. I have pushed the attached patch to fix that. It will take care to encode 8-bit header values, if LC_ALL is properly set.
Thanks for taking care of this. I know next to nothing about mailutils, so I cannot tell whether the patch is OK. What is the target mailutils version for this fix? This is so that I can test it in the future, when I get that version. Best regards, rdiez
