its developers?  Creating a Hurd business (hurdos.com is mine)?  Improving the 
Hurd
on glibc (I've been told this one is fairly easy to do

Finish the
arm port?  Work on the wiki (https://hurd.ion.nu/contributing/web_pages.html)?
Tidy up the official GNU Hurd info manual ?
