I'll have more time mid-week but today I'll revise my test case to incorporate all your latest findings. Once we have a reliable and swift method of reproducing the issue, I'm confident that we'll narrow down the cause relatively quickly.

They are also file corruption, rebuilding haskell-sdl2 fixed some of
these, for instance.
