Certain number of Rust programs aren't built with GNU/Hurd
compatibility as a priority.

The latest one that failed to compile for me was the fantastic Starship
shell prompt, but there have been several others before that. In all
cases, it was because Hurd wasn't considered as a target OS. 

Let's hope this doesn't happen with apt-rs. It's unlikely, because
Debian developers will be heavily involved in the development of this
version and they will have GNU/Hurd in mind.
