Hello you lovely Hurd people! We all had a great time at the latest Hurd game jam! 1
We had 4 attendees, and we just enjoyed each other's company for several hours! Was it 3 or 4 hours? We spent a lot of time together! Our newest friend from the Netherlands was super duper funny! Almudena worked for several hours trying to re-create the old Hurd environment that she had that let her play wesnoth. 2 I guess the Hurd has had a regression that no one has seen lately. Essentially really cool games compile on the Hurd, like "Battle for Wesnoth". BUT we hit a weird error when we try to play them 3 & 4 We did not want to post the video, because we didn't really want a ton of bad press. Thanks for working so hard at trying to fix the Hurd's gaming abilities Almudena! Gooberpatrol66 was super fun to hang out with too! "ballz" and "alex4" are some super simple graphical games that should work on the Hurd. I got "ballz" 5 to work for me. Almudena got alex4 to work for her. I'm looking forward to the next game jam!
