[RFC PATCH Hurd] Using NETIF_FOREACH to replace netif for-loops

Come across NETIF_FOREACH in /usr/include/lwip/lwip/netif.h, but I'm not
sure if it affects some self-contained stuff.

netif.h belongs to liblwip-dev.
