This has always been a problem, and it does not seem to change or improve. It is time to speak up. Svante, it is really hard to interact with you, and it is certainly not because of a lack of trying on our part. It is puzzling to me, really. Please try to find someone you trust, someone that is completely honest with you and whose judgment you respect, and talk with her or him about your interactions with the project. Show this persons IRC logs and mail conversations, but don't cherry pick. Get a second opinion, a new perspective. Because the way you behave is having an detrimental effect. It is a drain on scarce resources. It is certainly not helping. Please get help to improve the way you interact with other people, or just leave us alone. Failing that, I believe that we as a project need to discuss how to deal with the problem. I learned that there is a precedent of the Hurd project kicking someone out, though I certainly consider that a last resort (also, I have no idea how to implement such a measure). Justus
