As I said, you need to find which filesystem entry has a passive record
targetted at /hurd/pflocal.new.

/servers/socket/1 can have only one passive record, not two. Use
showtrans to get it. Since you have two pflocal processes, you must be
having another filesystem entry with the other /hurd/pflocal* passive
translator record. Do you perhaps have a chroot on that system?
