It is, but it's in a separate package called glibc-static that you
don't
get just by installing glibc-devel.
Ok, it worked! Now would it be ok for me to update the building
instructions?
I hate to follow this up with another issue, but I can't access the
"Edit" page, let alone ping bddebian.com. I'm getting 100% packet loss.
