Details:
Here comes a patch that declares trivfs hooks as external so they
aren't defined in all files that include ``hurd/trivfs.h''.
I'm not currently setup to run the Hurd compiled with this patch.
But it does compile and individual translators such as hello,
firmlink, and symlink do run.
