Here is a customized doxygen config file which I am satisfied with (for reference, if others would like to try): http://shakthimaan.com/downloads/hurd/doxygen.c.config.txt Just copy the above config file and hurd/ or gnumach/ sources to a directory and run: doxygen doxygen.c.config.txt from the directory. It will create a html/ directory with all references. Open html/index.html in a browser.
