* Makerules.in: Add -fno-strict-aliasing to CFLAGS.
* i386/linux/Makefile.in: Likewise for linux-gen-flags.
The correct format is:
* Makerules.in (CFLAGS): Added -fno-strict-aliasing.
* i386/linux/Makefile.in (linux-gen-flags): Likewise.
One should use past tense in ChangeLogs, since they describe history,
and not the present. Variables should be put in ()'s and not in the
actual description.
