Dear list, I think a "GNU From Scratch" project, where a detailed cross-compile process for kernel and system is presented, could attract a lot more developers to the GNU operating system and Hurd. Many people, like me, do not like Debian, and a lot like to roll their own system to get to know it. Do you think this is feasible and sensible?
