This patch does no longer apply to the debian hurd package, since the rules file has been rewritten.
Ogi, please have a look.
The patch had the following features:
* Documentation is split into hurd-doc * New package hurd-dbg * hurd.msgids is part of the hurd package.
Jeff, what would you say about adding these features to the hurd source package?
