But during the make process, autoconf is called. Why?
No idea, sounds like they are out-of-sync in some way, could you look into this? I don't have access to the source code for GNU Mach right now.
I thought that the CVS at savannah.gnu.org was the main repository ... This is the CVS command I issued:
