Uhm, what about:

2002-05-23  Marcus Brinkmann  <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

        * i386/i386at/model_dep.c: Include <kern/cpu_number.h> and
        <kern/assert.h>.
        (machine_idle): New function.
        * bogus/power_save.h (POWER_SAVE): Define to 1.

GNU Mach 1.2 caused the fan of my notebook to switch on immediately
after booting; GNU Mach 1.3 does not, it behaves like Linux in this
respect.
