When I tried to run parted today I recieved a segmentation fault. Is this a bug or just me? I will try to run gdb against it if I get a chance. As always with reporting bugs you should add more details, how did you run parted, what version of parted was it, etc. I'm guessing that this is the parted Debian package, so running gdb on that will not give you anything that is even remotly usefull unless you can grok IA-32 assembler.
