Maybe I am overlooking something, I am not that familiar with libdiskfs. My question is: given the situation that dir_lookup is called to re-open a node, which is a symbolic link, the target that link points to has to be read out and needs to be resolved. Reading out the link target is not a problem, but how should the path name resolving process continue without a start directory? moritz -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] - http://duesseldorf.ccc.de/~moritz/ GPG fingerprint = 3A14 3923 15BE FD57 FC06 B501 0841 2D7B 6F98 4199 _______________________________________________ Bug-hurd mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-hurd
