Package: Hurd

We need a kill program in the Hurd; the bash builtin is not enough.
Consider the sudo command:

        # sudo kill 9999
        sudo: kill: command not found

I propose the following:

        #! /bin/sh

        kill ${1+$@}

Thanks.
