This is in fact two bugs: First, glibc headers need to define those symbols, irregardless where they are implemented and supported or not. So please file a bug against glibc. It would be nice to include all missing symbols from termios there. Then we should implement them in the term translator. You could do it, it isn't too hard, especially something like OCRNL.
