In this case, `kilobug' asked me if I could produce an oskit-mach snapshot that included the Linux rtl8139 Ethernet driver. My 2.2 source code snapshot is 2.2.20, which definetly contains that (I don't know off hand if it existed in 2.2.12 - I can verify when I get home). In this case, we would have a user willing to test this Ethernet driver (presumably with and apt-get update; apt-get upgrade at the least). Would that be enough to send a patch to include this driver? Tks, Jeff Bailey -- One of the great things about books is sometimes there are some fantastic pictures. -- George W.
