1) What is the depth of "children", i.e. what is the depth of
the store abstraction hierarchy?
2) Regarding the Network Block Device (nbd.c), I see that
when a TCP connection is made to the "server" side, the
blocksize is returned, i.e. this is part of the protocol
between client and server. Hence, nbd.c represents the
"client" side. What software is on the other side, i.e.
what is the name of the file that implements it?
