I see.  I tried the @page, as I didn't know about @group.  I've now 
converted it to use @group.

Thank you again for your help.  The newest version is at 
<URL:http://www.etherhogz.org/doc/oskit-mach.texi> (I figured it would 
be nice to stop sending the whole thing with my every revision), and the 
individual patches are under <URL:http://www.etherhogz.org/src/patches/>.
It also contains several other revisions besides those listed above.
